I’m Belton M'mata Vidonyi, a passionate full-stack web developer and automation enthusiast based in Kenya. I specialize in building scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and modern styling tools like TailwindCSS. I also have strong experience with MySQL, Docker, and deployment platforms like Netlify and Render.
Beyond web development, I’m fascinated by automation and machine learning, which led me to build Python-based tools like net salary calculators and symptom prediction apps. I believe in solving real-world problems with global tech solutions — that’s why I’m working on launching Shopper, my own SaaS platform for eCommerce.
I'm currently expanding into mobile development with Dart and Flutter to become a truly versatile developer. Whether it’s freelance gigs, startups, or collaborative projects — I’m always ready to build, learn, and grow.

I successfully completed my Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE), which earned me admission to Friends Bwake Boys High School in Kitale.
I attended Friends Bwake Boys High School from 2018 to 2022, where I completed my Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) and graduated with a C+. This qualified me to pursue higher education at Kibabii University.
In September 2022, I was placed by KUCCPS to pursue a Diploma in Computer Science at Kibabii University. During my studies, I gained practical knowledge in areas such as Operating Systems, DBMS, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Architecture, Mathematics for Computer Science, Java Programming, Web Design, Data Structures & Algorithms, Networking, and Distributed Systems. Having satisfied the examiners, I will be awarded my diploma in 2025.
In 2025, I joined the Power Learn Project (PLP) Software Engineering Program as part of the July cohort. I'm currently progressing through the program, sharpening my software development and professional skills.
I strongly believe learning never stops. Whether through formal education or hands-on experience, I’m constantly expanding my skills to stay ahead in the fast-paced tech world.
I enjoy building full-stack applications using the MERN stack, styling with TailwindCSS, and exploring ways to automate systems with Python. I'm also learning Dart & Flutter to expand into mobile development. Technology excites me because it's always evolving — and I love keeping up.
